Our cancellation terms are rate-specific and always shown before you pay. The summaries below apply to bookings made on Londoners.com.

Flexible Rate

• Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non refundable.
• No shows are non refundable.

When you cancel during the free period, the refund is triggered automatically and immediately from our system. Banks and card providers typically return funds to your account within 5–7 days.

Non Refundable Rate

• The discounted non refundable option is fully non refundable from the moment of booking.
• No refunds are issued for any reason (including illness, travel disruption, flight cancellation or personal emergencies).
• Dates, cancellations or amendments are not permitted.

How to Cancel

Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation or contact our team at enquiries@londoners.com. Refund eligibility is assessed against the policy attached to your chosen rate.
